1. DQE – design quality engineer is mainly responsible for all quality standard creation and test experiment in the front end of new product development.
2. SQE – supplier quality engineer is mainly responsible for all quality standard achieved of materials or components assured from supplier production end through training and mentoring suppliers who can reach our quality standard. But also work with internal or external departments to solve all quality issues and improve in coming materials good yield rate.
3. IQC – incoming quality control is mainly responsible for all incoming materials inspection.
4. IPQC – in – process quality control is mainly responsible for random samples inspection every interval 1-2 hours during the process of production ensure first article, its function and appearance standard can be met. The most important is that find problem, solve, improve and prevent it.
5. FQC – final quality control is mainly responsible for all inspection of finished goods before products enter into warehouse.
6. OQC – outgoing quality control is mainly responsible for all inspection of finished goods before packing and shipping ensure that products flowed into customer hand are complete working.
